Financial Analysis Office is responsible for the development and negotiation of indirect cost rate proposals, including analyses of overhead data, evaluation of alternative cost allocation methods, and implementation of campus procedures to ensure compliance with OMB Circular A-21 and other relevant Federal regulations and University policies.
